Agenda: Study for first 15 minutes of class (individually). Then turn-in Roman Empire Maps. Take everything off your desk except for a pen. Take Roman Empire Map Quiz. When finished, turn-in and read a little more about Rome in Ch. 1 of your Red Book. Homework: None.

Tuesday, September 29th

Agenda: All Classes=Finish Rome Map. When done, use your completed Map to study for the Roman Empire Map Quiz tomorrow! Homework: Roman Empire Map due tomorrow AND also study for the Roman Empire Map Quiz tomorrow too!!

Monday, September 28th

Agenda: All Classes=Weekend Wrap-Ups and then work on Rome Maps for rest of class. Homework: Roman Maps due on Wednesday & Roman Map Quiz on Wednesday too!!!!

Friday, September 25th

Agenda: All Classes=Work on Roman Empire AD 400 Map for entire class period. Homework: Continuing working on Roman Map (Due Wednesday) AND be ready for a Roman Map quiz that day too.

Agenda: All Classes=Intro. Rome Unit with first of Mr. B.'s Roman Mini-Lectures :) Pass out Roman World 400 AD Map. Homework: Get a feel for your Rome Map.

Agenda: Finish sharing Country Creations with classmates. After that, explore 5 Systems of a Culture. (We will be coming back to these 5 Systems of a Culture over and over again throughout the year. Homework: None.

Agenda: Discussion on 9/11 & then time to work on Maps. Homework: Work on your World Map Due Wednesday.

Thursday, September 10th

Agenda: Periods 1-2 & 6 Only=Take first 10 minutes to make sure everything looks good in pencil on your World Map. Then I'll check for completion. After that, you'll get with a partner to check for accuracy. Once you've done that, you may start using your thin-tip sharpie. Periods 4 & 5 Only=Continue to work on World Map. Homework: All Classes=World Map is due on Wednesday.

Wednesday, September 9th

All Classes=Work on World Maps for class period. Homework: Continue to work on World Maps. Pencil done within first 10 minutes of class starting tomorrow.

Tuesday, September 8th

All Classes=Introduce World Map and then take a few minutes to get a feel for the assignment. Homework: Make sure you bring: colored pencils and thin-tip sharpie to work on your map for the rest of the week.

Friday, September 4th

Agenda: All Classes=Watch and take more detailed notes from Jerusalem: Center of the World Doc. Then Weekend-Preview :) Homework: Don't forget to bring a pencil and especially colored pencils with you on Tuesday for World Map Work Day #1. And if you're so inclined, while shopping for colored pencils, make sure to also get a thin-tip sharpie pen, thanks!
