Agenda: Periods 1 & 2=Take Islam Test today. Periods 4-7=Turn-in Islam Unit Notebook and then spend rest of class working on Africa Unit Map. Homework: Periods 4-7=Have Pencil and Sharpie Done on Africa Map.

Wednesday, November 12th

Agenda: Periods 1 & 2=Quick Weekend Wrap-Ups. Then focus the rest of period on studying for your Islam Unit Test tomorrow! Periods 4-7=Quick Weekend Wrap-Ups. After that, be sure everyone has the materials they need for their Islam Unit Notebook check tomorrow at start of class. Pass out Africa Map, explain and start working on it in-class. Homework: Periods 1 & 2=Study for Islam Unit Test tomorrow. Periods 4-7=Be ready to turn-in Islam Unit Notebook at start of class tomorrow.

Agenda: ALL CLASSES=Spend Fun Day Friday viewing fascinating short film on the Taj Mahal. Homework: ALL CLASSES=NONE, have a Great LONG weekend :)

Thursday, November 6th

Agenda: Periods 1 & 2=Spend class studying for Islam Unit (Ch. 2) Test next Thursday. Periods 4-7=Take Islam Unit Exam and then remember to take a deep breath :) Homework: ALL CLASSES=None.

Wednesday, November 5th

Agenda: Periods 1 & 2 Only=Delve deeply into the Muslim Achievements of Ch. 2 Sect. 3 as a class using APP and textbook. Periods 4-7=Check and Review Muslim Achievements Foldable Activity as a class. Then spend rest of class studying in groups of 2 or individually for Islam Unit EXAM TOMORROW! Homework: Periods 4-7 ONLY=STUDY, STUDY, STUDY FOR ISLAM EXAM TOMORROW!!

Proceed to class-wide review of Questions on Islamic Empires Handout. Introduce and start on Ch. 2 Sect. 3 with Muslim Achievements Activity.
