Agenda: *iPad Day* Check/Review Ch. 12 Q.'s as a class. While I'm going around checking, you can choose to read and highlight one of two articles that I've posted on Newsela: "Trading Salt for Gold" OR "Black Panther Like Me". After we've reviewed ALL of Ch. 12, we'll be starting a documentary on the Lost Kingdoms of Africa. Make sure you're taking bullet point notes as the documentary is playing. Homework: None.

Homework: Continue working on your Ch. 12 Q.'s so that they can be done by start of class on Friday.

Agenda: *iPad Day* Weekend Wrap-Ups. Then make sure you have everything you need for your Islam Unit Notebook to turn in. After that we'll start the Africa Unit with reading and highlight Ch. 12 on the Empire of Ghana. As long as it stays quiet, we'll have music playing in the background while you read and highlight. Homework: None.
