Tuesday, December 18th

Agenda: *iPad Day* Take first 10 minutes to check your Study Helper Sheets (please be studying quietly while I'm checking). Finish playing Kahoots and then more quiet study time. Homework: Study, Study, Study for Units 4 & 5 Test TOMORROW!

Monday, December 17th

Agenda: *iPad Day* Turn in extra credit if you have it at the start of class. Then take about 10 minutes to make sure your Kahoot is good for the class to play (I'm happy to check it if you like). Then we'll be playing Kahoots as a class! Homework: Continue to study for Units 4 & 5 Test on Wednesday!

Friday, December 14th

Agenda: *iPad Day* You guys already know what you're to do today: make sure you're working on your small group Kahoot or Quizlet for Units 4 AND 5 for the ENTIRE CLASS PERIOD. And it goes without saying, make sure you're on your best behavior for Ms. Gill today! Homework: Continue to study for Units 4 & 5 Test on Wednesday.

Thursday, December 13th

Agenda: *iPad Day* Finish video and notes we started from yesterday. Then read What is the Biosphere article found in 5.2 as a class. After this, answer/draw your answer for #3 on the Study Helper Sheet. Finally, get a jump on what we're doing tomorrow. Homework: Continue Studying for Units 4 & 5 test on Wednesday (it'll be here before you know it)!

Wednesday, December 12th

Agenda: *iPad Day* Start our analysis of Unit 5.2 with activity Living in the Extremes of the Biosphere. We'll be completing this activity in groups of 2. Then we'll be discussing some of your answers as a class and watching the supplemental video on How Do Earth and Life Interact, stopping at the Key Ideas to discuss and take notes. Homework: Continue to study for Units 4 & 5 Test Next Wednesday!

Tuesday, December 11th

Agenda: *iPad Day* Pass out Study Helper Sheet for Unit 5 (you'll notice that it's shorter than Unit 4, since we have limited time to cover Unit 5). Then read Life and Purpose from Unit 5.0 as a class. Be sure to highlight as we're reading as a class. Then we'll watch and take notes on video titled How Did Life Begin and Change? in 5.1 Homework: Continue to study for Units 4 & 5 Test next Wednesday by working on Unit 5 Study Helper Sheet.
