Agenda: Take first 20 minutes of class to work on Ch. 18 Q.'s. Then have mini-lesson and simulation on Mongolian warfare and use our wall to demonstrate the Mongols invading the real Great Wall of China. Homework: Ch. 18 due at start of class tomorrow.

Wednesday, February 8th

Agenda: Take 1st 20 Minutes of class to finish Q.'s for Ch. 17. Then my T/A's will come around and check it for credit. After that, READ Ch. 18 BEFORE you start on the Q.'s please. Homework: Ch. 18 Q.'s are due at the Start of Class on Friday. And don't forget to start studying for China Unit Test on Chs. 15, 16, 17 AND 18 Next Wednesday!

Tuesday, February 7th

Agenda: Check and Review Ch. 16 as a class. Start on Ch. 17, due HALF-WAY THRU class TOMORROW. Homework: Finish Ch. 17 for homework (HALF-WAY THRU class TOMORROW).

Monday, February 6th

Agenda: Finish Critical Thinking Quotes on 3 Eastern Religions/Philosophies as a class. Then handout and work on Ch. 16 (due tomorrow, but you Don't Have to do Processing at end of worksheet). Homework: Finish Ch. 16, due at start of class tomorrow!

Friday, February 3rd

Agenda: Using eBackpack, (you will be writing your answers on the digital copy of the document), we will analyze and make inferences of the origin of quotes on Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism as a class! If any extra time, please use it to re-read and further highlight Ch. 16 and be ready to start on the drawing of answers to the questions first thing on Monday! Homework: Continue to study Ch. 15 answers and think about potential questions for Ch. 16 and beyond.

Thursday, February 2nd

Agenda: Discuss Ch. 15 Q.'s in great detail and importance as a class. Homework: Study Ch. 15 detailed answers for possible quiz soon...

Wednesday, February 1st

Agenda: Take first 20 minutes (half of class), to finish Ch. 15 & then I'll check your's individually before you leave today. Homework: Study your completed responses for your Ch. 15 Q.'s to be ready to discuss as a class tomorrow morning.
