Wednesday, October 28th

Agenda: Check for completion on Documents C, D & E (while I'm checking, you will be completing Thesis Brainstorming sheet). Then review as a class. Towards end of class, hand out brainstorming for Byzantine Empire Essay and discuss. Homework: Start your Essay Rough Draft. Rough Draft is Due at END OF CLASS on Monday.

Agenda: Check Docs. A & B. Work on Docs. C-E today in class. Homework: Finish Docs. C-E (if not done yet).

Monday, October 26th

Agenda: All Classes=Continue to work on Byzantine Empire DBQ Packet by completing Document Pages A & B individually. Homework: Finish Documents A & B, if not done already.

Agenda: Turn-in Fall of Rome Storyboards. Then discuss it a little to wrap-up. After discussion, introduce Byzantine Empire with pictures and discussions of famous leaders and city of Constantinople. Homework: None.

Agenda: All Classes=Open up eBackpack and work on fun Emperors chart :) When done, DON'T turn it in to eBackpack, just be sure to print it up for your Rome Unit Notebook. Then re-read Ch. 1 Sect. 2 (it's what you'll be using for your Fall of Rome Storyboards next week. Homework: None.

Agenda: First Julius Caesar Crossing Rhine River doc. & interactive q.'s. Then finish and review "Emperor Hadrian: The Restless Builder" Q.'s as a class. To end class, show students Trajan's Column come to life & discuss. Homework: None.
