Agenda: Start class by reviewing and adding to your Gold documentary notes. Then we'll view the Salt documentary (more exciting and important than you would think); also found in the Other Materials tab in Unit 3. Following this very important doc, we'll review our bullet point notes and add to them. Homework: None.
